The Museum Trustees have changed the date of the 2020 Annual General Meeting on four occasions. This, we hope our members and supporters understand. However it is less than ideal. Trustees have taken advice from the Charity Commission and as previous posts on our social media pages and website have confirmed, a virtual AGM will take place on Wednesday 25th November at 19:00.

This page contains all the Papers for the AGM. A packet of papers has been mailed to every supporter who does not use email.
Please complete the AGM Attendance Form to confirm whether you will join the virtual meeting or not. This is important as it will help us plan for the event. It will ensure that everyone receives the correct url links to the meeting and the voting form.
If you cannot attend the virtual AGM, you should cast your vote. Please remember that only those who have paid their 2020 membership, which is valid until the end of 2021, are eligible to vote. You can renew or join through the online shop.
Electronic voting can be cast at anytime upon receipt of the URL Link and up to 12:00 noon on 26th November 2020
Postal Votes are allowed. They need to arrive at Chard Museum, Godworthy House, High Street, Chard TA201QB no later than noon on 26th November
There are two ways to submit a postal vote:
1. Members who have received notice of the AGM electronically can print the Decisions Requested form, complete it, mail it, or post it through the letterbox at the Museum
2. Members who do not use email should complete the Decision Requested form, sent in their mail package, and return it in the SAE provided
Votes cast in this way contribute to the numbers which constitute a quorum so please participate.
