The next three months... Events at the Museum

The Governments decision to return England to a lockdown starting on 5th November has resulted in the Trustees making some difficult decisions. The Museum will be closed until January at the earliest. All visits and tours have been cancelled; the Christmas Tree Festival has been postponed and volunteers are being asked not to go into the Museum until further noticce. A review identifying when volunteers can return to the Museum will be taken after 2nd December.

There is good news.

A redesigned Christmas Tree Festival is rescheduled for Saturday 06th through to Sunday 14th February; further the Museum plans to open to visitors for its 2021 season on Saturday March 20th. The Annual General Meeting will still take place on Wednesday 25th November at 19:00. It will be a virtual event and details will be posted on the website by Friday 06th November. All necessary papers will be circulated in the next newsletter now scheduled for 09th November, at the latest.
