This alternative Christmas Tree Festival was scheduled to start on Saturday 06th running through to Sunday 14th February. Obviously with the new restrictions that started during the holiday season the New Beginning Festival was cancelled.
Chard Museum is keeping up to date with all scenario's that might or will influence our opening to the General Public. Presently it is envisaged that for visitors we will not be able open until early June.
However the Museum continues to be open for activities through its Virtual Museum, our Researchers continue to work virtually with those who want research undertaken, and also anyone who wants to help us write up stories from our archives. Contact info@chardmuseum.co.uk if you are interested.
