What is 50 years and beyond?
50 Years and Beyond is the Museum's exciting 4 year project to recreate itself; to provide a modern visitor experience that represents the local history of Chard and surrounding area; and become a true community hub and resource.
You can read a Project Overview, understand why the Trustees are recommending the change to become a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), and read about the Funders who are supporting our work.
Tim Burge has been invited to project manage the first phase of 50 Years and Beyond. This will make sure that the Trustees have all the necessary information to make effective decisions about the Museum's future.
Watch Tim's interview for the 2020 AGM, sharing his thoughts about the important challenges facing the Museum. Tim has also created a Project Timeline that highlights key stages over the next four years.
