Chard Museum is on the A30 about 300 yards west of Chard Guildhall.
There are car parks within 200 yards and some limited on-street parking immediately opposite the Museum.
Chard Museum and Heritage Centre is now open until the end of October. Opening hours are 10.00am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday and from 11.00am to 2.00pm on Saturdays (and Sundays from mid July to the end of August). Last admission is 30 minutes before advertised closing time. [Contact us for admission out of hours when a minimum charge will apply.]
Admission is £4 for adults with free entry for accompanied children. Discount vouchers are available in Chard Tourist Information Centre in the leaflet ‘SOMERSET- Things to see & do’ 2015 edition and Discover South Somerset.
